All dispatching services for fire, police, animal control, and medical emergencies are contracted thru the State of Utah.  Ambulance services are provided by Carbon County.
 
 
 
 
Obtaining Burn Permits:
  1. Respond to the Police Department Monday thru Thursday 0800 hrs. to 1600 hrs. or the Fire Department Monday thru Friday 0900 hrs. to 1200 hrs.
  2. Complete an application form
  3. Permit will be issued.
     **Read ordinance below for specific information.  Persons burning agricultural locations are exempt from permits but still have to follow some ordinance specific items.

Request for copies of Police or Fire reports
 
  1. Complete a G.R.A.M.A. request form which is available at the Helper City Police Department.
  2. Request will be approved or denied based on State Law regulations with contact made back to the requestor notifying you of the request status.
  3. If your request is approved, requestor is required to pay $5.00 for reports with no photographs and $25.00 for reports with photographs which is regulated by Helper City Ordinance.
